We're getting together with Edinburgh Food Studios for three nights celebrating good food, fine friends and rare beer. Delta Head of Culinary Chef Andrew Gerson and Edinburgh Food Studios Chef Ben Reade, former housemates from their dinner party-fueled studies at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Rome, are rechanneling their culinary past to recreate the bountiful dinners held Bra, the Italian hamlet where Slow Food was established in 1989.
Word has it this will be a seven course dinner, but don't expect convention. Andrew and Ben are pushing the boundaries of their collective table, building conviviality and providing an interactive experience centered on a few of our most sought-after ghost bottles.
